we bought a ubr7246VXR with MC88 card on gray market to implement D3 on our network. But after 60 days, the card shut off. After investigation, i saw the licence was expired.
But if i read on cisco, the licence was not apply on MC88V card. How i can fix that asap and put it back on ?

Yes still under warranty. but no licence are supposed to be needed in this card.
In this case (in my opinion) your best course of action is going to be obtaining a replacement card with permanent licenses installed from your supplier. There are several different CMTS line cards that require licensing from Cisco, including the MC88V (see Table 1 on the site below).

The only way to have a permanent license activated after a temporary license expires is to go through Cisco or an approved Cisco re-seller. Having bought this card on the secondary market, you will likely not be able to have them activate the license easily or inexpensively. Proper testing from the vendor should be able to confirm permanent licensing on any CMTS line cards.
