my first post so be gentle. I'm currently working with isc-dhcp server and docsis 3.0/emta gateway from arris and compal and I'm looking for a configuration variable to enable SNMP over lan.
I've searched the forum but cannot find anything concrete. is this going to be a private mib or is it a standard docsis feature?

Hi Jan,
you need to create a NmAccess table in the DOCSIS config that specifies the community string, subnet range and IP, and Interface (HFC,USB,Ethernet), that you want to allow access to the SNMP on your D3 device(s). Regards.
