Hi.
We rebooted our BSR64000 due to some memory leak issue and after it came back, one of the RX48 card stuck in "core" state. It was in "cfg" state for awhile before it rebooted again and stuck in "core" state until now.
Urgent help is very much appreciated!

not sure if you already solved the issue...
anyway, you can cfg a forced-download for that slot and then re-seat the card
in the log do you see any error or warning when the card try to boot?

Thanks for your reply but the card is now up. Its just that it took longer time than it usually do maybe because of the memory leak issue.
