I am testing the Netgear CG300D CMs in a DOCSIS 3.0 environment(4 bonded channels). We have one cable system that runs the HRC style frequency plan. Using EIA channels 81-84 the center freqs would start at 565.75MHz and add 6MHz for each adjacent channel. I have this configured on the CMTS. When the Netgear comes online it shows in the modem connection page that it locked on 565778200 hertz. This doesn't appear to follow DOCSIS3.0 PHY specs which use CEA-542-B(http://www.ce.org/CorporateSite/media/Standards-Media/Standards%20Listin...).
Does anyone know of a firmware download or something to resolve this? I am working on trying to get in touch with Netgear support but thought I could try here too.

Hi,
565.75MHz its a frequency of video carrier, you have to use 567MHz instead - center of ch81.
Darek
Using the IRC frequency plan 567MHz would be center. But in one of my CMTS markets they use HRC frequencies. Which means the center freq is shifted -1.25MHz.
