afaik there is no default password for the telnet session.
But you can set this via the config-file. The TLV you need is 125, the moto-documentation gives an example:
VendorID/TLV/Value 00:20:40/125/66 72 65 64 3A 63 53 52 53 63 64 64 51 64 52
Username: fred Password: blue1234
For the Webinterface you can try Username: admin Password: motorola
