For IPv6 PacketCable 2.0 is your friend. In PacketCable 2.0 there is nor eMTA anymore. It's called eDVA. For eMTA PacketCable 1.x no IPv6 is planned. And if I remember right IPv6 in PacketCable 2.0 is just for SIP Signalling.

I'll 2nd that Arris recommendation - I wouldn't touch any other emta myself.
