Hi all, just joined this forum after performing a search. I need someone who can repair CMTS, maybe Arris and some Cisco ubr product. Pretty old stuff but meets my needs and I'm out of spares. Any one you can recomend, please? I am told of an Engineer in Dallas who refurbs them, but no contact info.

I reached out to this Emgineer in Dallas, he charges $800 to totally refurbish. He is an ex-ARRIS Engineering Technician.

I have a cmts 1000 and need to do a repair, I walked through the serial port and modified the ROOT User configuration and lost him now when access by hyperterminal appears this Feedback "Error from SNMP request." however the telnet can access it. can someone help me?
