You can find the SNR per upstream with the standard DOCSIS MIB. Its value represents what we refer to on the CLI as Modulation Error Ratio (MER). This value is subject to change when ingress cancellation and pre-equalization are enabled for the channel.
For utilization MIBs, you need to contact ARRIS and get the MIB for the specific software load you are running. There is a proprietary MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.4115.1.4.3.1.1.1.1 which will provide upstream statistics on a per physical and logical interface level.
