I haven't seen a whole lot

I haven't seen a whole lot of discussion of (pre)DOCSIS 3.0 stuff here. Hopefully we'll see some in the future.

Moto doesn't say anything about multicast on the datasheet for their SB6100... Nor does Cisco/Linksys on thier WCM300.

I'm not 3.0 heavy yet so I could be missing something obvious tho....

yoyo, ARRIS also has a

yoyo,
ARRIS also has a Wideband (proprietary just like all others) solution, and a full D3.0 solution in place. Our solution involves customers being able to re-use their existing Chassis and CAM cards.

For more information, please see http://www.arrisi.com/product_catalog/listers/index.asp?id=400

To the original poster's question, yes, we do support Multicast on all of the embedded channels. If anyone has D3.0 questions, please feel free to contact me directly, or use the ask.arrisi.com site to submit questions to the Tech Support team. For ARRIS customers with a support contract, the support site has a LOT more information than is visible to "general users".

Also - just as a correction, the correct spelling of our CMTS product lines is "Cadant" - the second vowel is an a, not an e.

Cheers !

Jim
