Would like to know if we have any certification exam for DOCSIS technology which is recogonised universally. If anyone has detail, please share it across
Can't say there is a certification for docsis. Cable Labs would certify equipment like modems and cmts's. there isn't one to say Joe Smith is a certified docsis 2.0 or 3.0 engineer. as the other person posted, cmts vendors do provide classes and give a certificate that you had successfully completed a certain level of classroom hands on and passed a test. Besides the Cisco classes, there's also Motorola and I'm sure Arris and Casa offer classes
hmmm.
I think:
• Introduction to Cisco Cable Routers (ICCR)
• Advanced Cisco Cable Routers (ACCR)
