I'm looking for a high density Edge Qam for DOCSIS3.0 M-CMTS architecture.
It should a chassis based (not 1u) with high density.
I checked CISCO RFGW-10 and looking for a similar machine.

It depends. High density? How many seperate RF ports you need?
For example you can look at NSG9000-40G it will give you more then 25 QAM per RF port.
