SIP MTA provisioning Tutorial

Hello everyone

I'm working on implement a SIP Voice MTA service for my cable network, because my Voice provider works similar to Net2Phone, and need SIP provisioning.

My MTA are CISCO and ARRIS, my CMTS a cisco uBR7246VXR, and Have cisco CNR V 6.1.1.3 to provisioning.
My SIP server only requires:

- Username
- Password
- Port 5060
- SIP server: X.X.X.X
- RTP 12000 a 15000
Such an asterisk

I want to know following items:

1- How options can be manipulated on MTA config file to register itself to a SIP server
2- How to build MTA config file
3- What parameters need to be configured on CNR MTA SCOPE
