I am interested in providing my customers Caller-ID via their Moto DCT STBs. We have our own VoIP softswitch and can provide any application the Caller-ID of an incoming call as needed. The problem is that we are lost on the video side and do not know how to get it to the STB.
The plant has a Moto NC 1500 and we already provide VOD. The VOD manufacturer is not knowledgeable on how to get Caller-ID.
Any advice, direction, contact or product in US or overseas would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a little more info on this. My company is also interested in such things and here is what I have found out.
You need a product from motorola called the PSM1000 there is not much documentation on it but it seems to be software. Using an OOB network with a ARPD, OM2000 and a NC1500 the PSM1000 delivers the caller id to your box. There is one other piece you need, whoever does your guide, will take that information and display it to the end user. Rovi (TV Guide) passport and I-Guide both support this.
I have not heard much about this in my company, the last time someone brought it up it was at the stage where we were trying to find pricing on the PSM1000 and I am not about to bring it up again on my own.
