Can someone give me an advice how to recovery my forgotten password on both supervisor level and factory level. At the moment I can not use the command “bootCfg” to configure my C3 cmts in the startup procedure. If I remember correctly I set the same passwords on booth levels but I forgot it.

Take the compact flash out of the cmts and edit it with a any pc and a multi card reader.
Where do I change that on the Card?? All ready on the PC, but dont know what to change.

I think you can rename running-config on the flash card. Put it back in and reboot cmts. The cmts should boot up with a default running-config. Or you can edit the running-config with a new password.
with that I will reset the Enable Password, Im looking to reset the Supervisor Level Password. In thet level You can assing a Ethernet Port for Manegamet or WAN
I know that this is a really old post by several years, however did you ever figure out a way to reset the bootup management enable password. I even tried pulling the CMOS battery on the processor card in hope that it would clear out the management enable password with no luck.
