We've seen some VoIP problems when we tested the MC20-20 with PRE4 etc... The problem has been solved by a patch on the modem CBVG834 (wideband modem). No other issue at this time.

What code are you running on your 10k SCC3 or SCC2, also what kind or VOIP problems were you seeing. We had packet loss on or VOIP modem after a upgrade to SCC3 with the 20x20s.

We are running SCC3 and the only issue we currently have is a VOIP issue related to CSCte93995.
