Does someone can use a modem Webstar Scientific Atlanta (Cisco) EPR2320 (modem with wifi)? If so, could someone send me their configuration files. I need to configure for WEP, channel, etc.

We use EPR2320, but do not provision their user-side settings (e.g. wireless settings, etc.). They can be configured as a normal router when attached to a computer via the Ethernet port.
I'd like to share some caveeats we had with them, though:
1) After an upgrade (can't remember the exact version) the default mode of the modem was changed to be "bridge" mode, not the "router" mode. With some firmwares, it was impossible to change this even from the administration web site of the modem. The solution is to include the following line in the modem config file:
SnmpMibObject 1.3.6.1.4.1.4413.2.2.2.1.7.1.1.0 Integer 2; /* Enables SA EPR router mode (>1) */
2) After another upgrade to a newer release, the modems stopped locking at DOCSIS (6 MHz) channels and kept searching for an EuroDOCSIS (8 MHz) carrier. This is fixed with the following setting in the modem config file:
SnmpMibObject saCmDocsisLock.0 Integer 1; /* Enable SA EPRs to lock at 6MHz channels */
I have to have the SA MIBs placed at the system you use to create config files, or, if needed, I could look up the exact ID.
We have informed Cisco about this, as they've missed to mention it in the Change Logs (not that we've read it before the upgrade, but we did *after* it didn't work, and found out nothing in there relevant to this), and they've responded they would add it, but don't know if it has happened.
You can also look at the SA MIBs for the other client-side settings if you want to provision them also, but you'd have to create a different config file for each user. If you need the SA MIBs, drop me line at root at net1 dot cc, or contact the Cisco (former SA) modem support, they are really kind and useful (at least the EMEA one).
