Hello everyone,
I have been successful at setting up the Ubr7223 using the Cisco all in one config but am now trying to adapt that config to use NAT.
The details are approx 125 subs. Ubr7223 using DS1 and US1 on Cable int 2/0
External IP is on Fa0/0
FA 0/0 is connected to a Internet link provided by third party with only 1 static IP. I am assuming I need to enable NAT with Cable 2/0 being the NAT inside and Fa 0/0 being the NAT outside
Does anyone have a sample config that I could look?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
NAT with a single public IP
Did you ever get that basic config? I have a similar set-up I need help with

Well, NAT isn't too hard to setup, but running NAT on the CMTS is usually considered bad idea.
Better to run NAT on a router in front of the CMTS if possible.
The CMTS is designed/resourced to run the cable network. If you start doing other jobs like NAT you can potentially cause problems like high CPU / poor throughput.
