hello good morning I'm new to the cable internet area and I'm trying to set up a mikrotic to take over the role of administrator of the cable modems and if I replace the local sisco registry network I have already configured my dhcp server but the modem cable does not is online if someone could help me in telling me that I need to thank them.
A lot of questions need to be answered here. What kind of cmts is doing the docsis to ethernet? You say replacing the cisco are you referring to a cisco router running dhcp? You will still need a tftp server for the config files.
