Upstream bonding

Has anybody succeeded in combining Cable Modem steering with Upstream Bonding ? I'm currently testing both Netgear and SA Docsis 3.0 modems with IOS 12.2.33(SCC3) and I cant seem to get it working right :|

I'm seeing modems registering as MTC-modems (/UB) with only one US (with two in the configured bonding group). If I remove the US attribute masks I can get the modems to register on both US's both there are serious dataloss issues (looks like all data sent on of of the upstreams is lost).

Help ?!?!

Never worked with M-CMTS but dont you need an:

cable bonding-group-id 2000 ?

+ your doing the US bonding on a 5x20, you know the spec limits on D3.0 traffic on this linecard right? (else read this forum or docsishelp.com)

Yeah I'm aware of the bw limitations using bonding on 5x20 linecards.

Turns out CM steering is incompatible with US bonding - working on solving this with Restricted Load Balancing Groups instead.
