DHCP cable modem issue

Hi i use 7246 with Cisco IOS SCH3 and modem 3925 connected but i cant get IP from DHCP server
Modem stuck to init(d) state .
For provisioning i use DACS ( docsis auto configuration system )
Machine where si DACS is also act as TFTP , NTP ( for cmts ) etc ..

Any help ???

Does it work for some modems but not all?

Any iptables on the linux server?

On the linux server, what does "tcpdump -s 1500 -v port bootps" say ?

What do the DHCP server logs say?

Is the DHCP server setup with that subnet/scope?
