MTA freezes HG D 2.0/3.0 (ARP table empty)

Hi all,

Since two month ago we have noticed complications in our HG's. The sympthom is the following:
The unit is initially correctly provisioning in our servers: Data and Voice (Europ PC1.5);
After some time (you don't need to do any specific traffic) the MTA part freezes but i steel have Data connections.

After some debug in the equipments we have noticed that the ARP table of the device is not populated. Which can explain the state but if the arp table is empty and we want to use some specific IP adress associated to a MAC the unit should be able to send an ARP discover and repopulate the table. What we see is that the unit completely freezes and we the only way to re-alive the unit is to ping the MTA IP adress.

Does anyone saw any sympthom similar to this?
