setting up docsis 1.1 w/ bpi+

Hi,

As title says, I am trying to setup docsis 1.1 w/ bpi+ using a uBR7246VXR (NPE-G1) w/ 1GB RAM and IOS UBR7200-IK8S, 12.3(9a)BC9 fc1 and a webstar Euro DOCSIS modem.
That said, I´ve already tried several setups, put DOCSIS 1.1 and DOCSIS 1.0+bpi to work but have not been successful putting together DOCSIS 1.1 w/ bpi+.

My current problem is that the modem after init(i) goes to online with BPI enabled, but only after 1 or 2 seconds, falls to the reject(pk) state, and then to offline. And yes, the time between the DHCP server and CMTS server is synchronized with a common NTP server. The show logging command shows this log:

d09h: %UBR7200-3-AUTH_REJECT_PERMANENT_AUTHORIZATION_FAILURE: <132>CMTS[DOCSIS]:<66030108> Auth Reject - Permanent Authorization Failure . CM Mac Addr <001a.c301.6d7c>
SLOT 4/0: 2d09h: %UBR7200-3-MANUFACTURE_CA_CM_CERTIFICATE_FORMAT_ERROR: <133>CMTS[DOCSIS]: Manufacture CA Certificate Format Error
SLOT 4/0: 2d09h: %UBR7200-5-UNAUTHSIDTIMEOUT: CMTS deleted BPI unauthorized Cable Modem 001a.c301.6d7c

I´ve placed cable privacy mandatory in the 4/0 interface, and the modem config is bellow (not mine, just using it for testing). I also have root-cert in bootflash0: with the DOCSIS root certificate as Cisco suggests.

Any ideas or sugestions would be appreciated, because I´m in a dead end.

TIA,
Rui

I started to laugh when you said And Yes.. I did add sntp lol
the config looks ok, can you send me your modem file or I can send you one that I use for bpi+ and you can change it to work on your network
