I got a problem with some FritzBox 6490 Boxes on our UBR7246 with MC88V. The CMTS logs:
Nov 9 11:45:22: %UBR7200-4-INVALID_MODEM_CONFIGURATION_SETTING_FORMAT: <133>CMTS[DOCSIS]:<73011700> Invalid Modem Capabilities configuration setting . CM Mac Addr
I use this reduced bootfile for testing:

It works fine with all our other Modems (Motorola, Cisco etc) Any hints?

Can you open a bug report on Github at the following link:
https://github.com/rlaager/docsis/issues
Please add the encoded binary config file which is reported to have issues. I can take a look and see if there is an invalid config file.
It looks it is complaining about the capabilities reported by the CM. It would be good if you could get a dump of the Registration Request packet.
I cannot upload bin files on github. Same configfile runs fine on AVM6360 boxes. Can you please drop me a message on:

I'll send you the compiled bin-file from there. It has probably something to do with our old Cisco IOS version. I try to get a newer one.
