10k UBR I CMTS bonding issue with 8 channels

I have an issue with a Cisco 10k I support. The company is wanting to move to 8 channel bonding from 4 on the MC20x20 line card. Because the company is small the last Mac-Domain is not in use (5/0/4). I removed all interfaces from the domain so that 5/0/0 has 5 upstreams and so on. Similar to Mbowe config he has posted before. The issue I have is this. Modem locks on all 8 channels and 3 upstreams. SNR is 42-45 on all downstreams and 36 on up. Running speed test I get ~280Mbps which is all great! I can then leave for the weekend and come Monday morning all I can get is ~115Mbps - 140Mbps to a server right in our office. I can bounce the modem with no results. I check the MPEG counters and its still using all 8 channels spreading the load evenly. If I unplug the modem for the night and plug it back in in the morning everything is back to normal for a day or so then the sudden speed drop. This has happened on 3 modems (Arris 822) (Arris 1670) (Arris 1672) Any suggestions?

Are you monitoring the

Are you monitoring the Channels both narrowband and wideband and making sure that the bandwidth is not being used elsewhere?

Is this a lab enviroment or field installed?

if its field installed likely other people are using the bandwidth.

Also check your dynamic bandwidth sharing settings.

I have had mixed results with the mpeg counters, I graph the total of all the narrowband interfaces (Integrated Cable on the MC20x20 blades) and wideband interfaces this allows me to see how the bandwidth is disseminated.

Right now this is a lab test

Right now this is a lab test before we launch. There is no other traffic on any of the 8 channels. I too monitor the Integrated Cable and Wideband interfaces and total those.
