Hi guys,
Vecima and Arris support didn't answer my software requests for a CableVista MCV1100. The image on the system doesn't boot, saying that the CRC is incorrect or corrupt.
We also have a CGM14+ that needs software, but the CableVista software is the most important. If anyone could supply me with a copy of the latest software for these units it would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to pay for support from ARRIS to be able to download software.
Spoke to Arris DigitalCM, they told me to go to Vecima for support, Vecima told me to go to Arris DigitalCM for support... I appreciate the reply xsimio but it appears neither company is willing to provide software, even if we do purchase a support subscription for the MCV.
If anyone can lend a hand/provide software, it would be greatly appreciated, see the op for contact details.
Several years ago when I needed a Terrace unit from Vecima upgraded, I eventually got to their CATV Apps and Engineering help desk

But you still may need a support contract at that point (we have/had one).
They still didn't give me the firmware, but upgraded it remotely (it was on a public ip)
this was circa 2013 no idea if this info is still valid but it may help you
