Thanks for your time guys, I am looking for Definitions on some of these errors (or all of them if available), as it will help me do my Job a lot better. Things Like:
Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out
DHCP FAILED - Request sent, No response;
CISCO: RF disconnect,QAM lost.
And more, as well as looking for how we would troubleshoot such errors.

Many errors like that are vendor specific and may vary.
Most of them will make sense to a CCNE and will need to be diagnostic accordingly.
would i have a better chance emails the Company that made it then? All of our modems are made by 1 of 2 companies
T4 is logged when the modem doesn't receive a ranging response
DHCP failed - that should be pretty much self explanitory
The Cisco specific event indicates a loss of the RF signal
looks like you have a modem that wasn't connected or the CMTS was down.
