I've implemented a sorely needed site update. Unfortunately, the main pages of the old site had to be locked to stop spammers from "updating" information on various CMTS systems. As a result, the information became very stale and with links to dead pages. I'll attempt to bring back current links to various docsis resources in the following weeks.
As far as I can tell, all user accounts have migrated to the new board successfully. You should be able to log in with your current credentials.
