I don't know why but i cannot reach the Advanced menu on my Arris CM550B modem. And I cannot reach the techsupport page too. What should I do? Can somebody help me?

Any chance ? Its possible upgrade via jtag ?
Another Question, I buy a Cadant C3, but don't have my contract number, already call to arris support without luck, I wan't access the arris forums.

I am on the CMTS support team - so I do not have "all" the answers regarding modems and eMTA's - but I will check with my teammates in the morning about your question.
Regarding your C3 - can you issue the CLI command "hostid" - and send it to me via a Personal Message ? With that information, I can look you up in the database and check your contract ID.
If you know you bought your C3 from ARRIS directly, you can email for technical support - if you bought it from a reseller, you have to go to them for first level support.
Sorry dpecile, the hardware is the restriction - not the software.
The A model is for North American DOCSIS - you cannot run EuroDOCSIS on that hardware version.
