we habe a Cisco 10k M-CMTS over the whole hf-filed I have Modems they are not go online. In some cases it's a really hf-issue, like a amplifier or the wired connection, but in the most cases there are no hf or other problems in the network.
how can i solve this problem? why didn't send teh teh REG-ACK Message ( or the cmts dont receive this message).

How many modems do you have and how many are online? How often do modems go offline?
Do you have graphs showing upstream signal quality? They are in general the best first-hand help for you in troubleshooting these issues. What downstream signal quality do you see in the modems in general?
Remember that even if you see no problems in the upstream by measuring this at the CMTS with a spectrum analyzer, the downstream signal can be degraded in parts of the network, possibly due to a faulty amplifier or damaged cable.
