Enable SMTP to a Cisco RFGW-1

We have a few Cisco RFGW-1 chassis in our network. For backups, we have a Linux host that issues SNMP commands to these chassis, causing them to upload their configuration backup to an FTP server. This is working well.

The Linux host that we are using to trigger the backsup is being decommissioned, so we need to migrate the backup script to a new host. The scripts are migrated to the new host, but SNMP commands from it are being blocked at the RFGW. We have verified that there are no firewalls blocking SNMP access from the new host. Packets are reaching the RFGW. SNMP is being ignored by the RFGW.

We have verified that we are using the correct community string. There are no entries in the logs show the connection attempts. We have used mtr to verify that the traffic is getting all the way to the RFGW. (mtr -P 162 -T hostFQDN)

This looks very much like an access list exists on the RFGW, but there is nowhere to configure one on the user interface.

Does an ACL exist on these RFGW-1 devices? How does one update the list?
