I also want to know it it is possivle to buy them in europe?

It seems that a Huawei OLT from the 5800 series might be necessary.

how many subs/modems, speeds downstream (500Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb), speeds upstream? nodes or feeds from the headend?
I'm in the US, so have only done a system in Germany and the UK, not sure of other locations, but most have issues with security when using huawie equipment and support may be an issue. I can help with a Casa C40g solution with redundancy option if interested, email me cmcaldas@gmail.com
