downstream control

Hi guys

I have a rare situation. We have a Cisco CMTS for a while and we're watching our customers have more upstream than downstream.

For example if I have a cable modem with 1024k ds/us (symmetric), all tests show me 600k ds / 800k us. That is for all configurations. Could be any default configuration in our cmts slowing down our customers?
