Arris 1000 older firmware

Hello,

I've been having trouble with some old Arris 1000 CMTS's, and I would like to do firmware downgrade on them. Unfortunately, I have no older firmware files, in fact, only firmware I have for them is 3.6.2.

Can anybody send me older firmware files for them at warlord at blwireless dot net ?

see if U have an older version of software in a secondary album. Then, if so, start CMTS with terminal (RS232) and with PageUp & Select pressed - then You'll see the diag menu where You can toggle to older album (software).
