Can someone share me a firmware and CVC for an Arris DOCSIS 3.0 Touchstone Data Gateway Model DG860A Cable Modem.

my current firmware is extremely old, it's from 2013.

I do not work in a company with a contract with Arris

When working in an ISP it is easy but in my case it is a cable modem bought on Ebay therefore I cannot contact the Arris provider.
