hi, what means this error ?

007 | Apr 09 09:00:38 | MTA Reset due to a CM state change to 'Operational' while MTA state is 'Non-operational'
008 | Apr 09 18:42:03 | MTA Reset due to a CM state change to 'Operational' while MTA state is 'Non-operational'
009 | Apr 09 18:44:05 | MTA Reset due to a CM state change to 'Operational' while MTA state is 'Non-operational'
010 | Apr 12 05:06:41 | MTA Reset due to a CM state change to 'Operational' while MTA state is 'Non-operational

i see this in a lot of cms and i don't know why happens

The voip side of the cable modem is resetting. Are you using it, do you have telephony?

yes, i using it, why that occurs ? can this cause Internet cuts?
