Enter the value of 0x10. This flag will bypass the startup-config.
Type p and Enter to verify that the flags have been changed.
Type @ to continue the boot process
When the prompt is available, type enable.
Type copy startup-config running-config
Type show run to see whether enable secret or enable password
go into config mode, put in new password and copy run start
reload and make sure to change the flag back 0x1000
