Just wanted to get some prospective on how others are using the BBX platform. Don't get me wrong from the questions, we are finding this very useful and think its great. Just wanted to get different ways of using it to monitor and fix issues in our plant!

Are you using this as a more proactive or reactive approach?
We are finding that the refresh rate is taking to long for some of the reports when trying to solve problems, are you?
When looking at the reverse coming back in your system through bbx, what do you look at? Or what do you find the most helpful to look at?

The SNR Summary Tab is very useful to get the SNR readings and also the port utilization.
