We have a bunch of Arris 402A modems that won't take a 5.x or 6.x image upgrade. When i check the logs on any of the modems i consistently see that the modems are complaining that the software is corrupt. At first this was a concern but i've tried several different version of the 5.x or 6.x firmware and the eror message remains the same for each - software corrupt. BYW, i have used these same 5.x/6.x images on other Ariss modems, that had a higher SW Revision number without incident. So at this point, i'm under the impression that i need an intermediary image prior to moving to a newer 5.x or 6.x version.
We are currently using SW REV TS4.1.22 and would greatly appreciate if someone could send me a TS4.2 or 4.4 image that would hopefully get me past this issue.
