Off the top of my head, I'd think that the primary difference involves the frequency width / channel map. North America uses 6 MHz wide downstream QAMs, Europe uses 8 MHz....
6MHz and 8MHz is a difference in channel width between DOCSIS & EuroDOCSIS.
Main difference between EuroPacketCable and PacketCable are OIDs that you are using.
They do the same, but are different numbers.
The reason here can be that EU version got some more details that you can set up.
From practise - there is no difference which versoin you use (only OIDs ar differrent, but they
reffers to the same MIBs)
