dpc3010 firmware

Hi

I am looking for the dpc3010 cox firmware to prove a firmware problem

some dpc3010 modems have upload speed problems

the one that are working well have the firmware d3000-c2000r5593-150324a-COX
the ones with upload speed problems have the firmware dpc3010-v302r12901-091119a

the problem began when I increased the upstream burst from the default to 16000

before the increase, the cox modem had the upload problem so I am in a lose/lose situation

I would like to put the same firmware in all the modems to simplify things

I search the web for the firmware but can't find it

I can find Motorola firmware but no Cisco

Thanks
