Does anyone know how is the procedure to contact the manufacter or there is a website to download it

For Motorola modems, access and register at the following link:
https://businessonline.motorola.com/Login.aspx
Once approved, you'll have access to modem firmware, release notes and mibs and well as an automated system to open TAC cases.

I tried your link, but its now redirected and not working.
For Arris modems you need to call their support and get a service contract with them. then yoou have access to their firmwares
