this (nice) project is not really supported by someone.
You already on the latest/updated site.
Please have also a look to the origin site where you will find some descriptions:
http://users.accesscomm.ca/docsis_server/
If you search in this forum here you will find some help and examples.
With some effort you will get it up and running.

This docsis server supports IPv6?
No, this is ipv4 dhcp server only. If you want to run ipv6 server , use https://www.isc.org/downloads/dhcp/ or connect database from docsis_server to isc.
You could use this DHCP ISC using MySQL?
